WOW! What a difference a excellent salesman makes to a buying experience! In Sept, 2019 we bought a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. It was tiring, frustrating experience. We swore we would never buy another vehicle at Crosstown. Then we met Hadi. He listen to what I needed in a truck: lots of leg room, power to pull a cattle trailer, and easy on fuel. He show me a red Dodge Ram 1500 with V8 Hemi motor. I am in heaven! It is a classy truck with lots of leg room, the power to pull, and great in the snow. My favorite bonus is the remote start. In my lifetime, I have work sales positions and Hadi can definitely teach a class on customer service. For us, Hadi is the sales person to go to, hands down!

I met Hadi, we talked about what I liked about the Journey, and what I didn't like about the Journey. He showed me the 2015 SXT, and while he worked his mojo, I took the car out for a spin. I didn't go in there planning to buy a new car, but at the end of the day, he got me a whole lot more car for about what I was paying for my current car. That's a good deal. Hadi is friendly, efficient, and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

my family and I was treated wonderfully when we arrived. The hospitality was awesome compared to the other dodge dealer ship we approached. They couldn't help me and they never made an effort to try. Then my husband referred me to Hadi. When I spoke to him he invited us to come see him and promised us a vehicle . When we arrived we had a warm welcome and started off with a B-BQ, considering we had a long 4 hour trip. he still remembered me last I saw him was 10 years ago when I purchases a van from your dealership in 2005 and prior to that a 2001 intrepid. Not only did we leave with a brand new truck . But also, a tank full of gas and a TV and a gift of money for referral. In the future due to hadi being a terrific car sales man I will return for future purchases from him and there dealership.also refer my family and friends to him and crosstown . Hadi was very persistent that he sell me a new Ram that Saturday morning. I did come back to crosstown after dropping the wife at work. Hadi brought a 2015 Sport up to the front doors and we went for a test drive. I was already driving a 2012 Ram 1500 Sport. The 2015 had all the extras mine had, but with a different stereo in it. We took a drive and I was amazed how nice the truck felt, it beat both my 2011 SLT and 2012 Sport out of the water. Hadi then proceeded doing up the deal when we got back to crosstown. The deal worked out to being so close to what he had thought it would be from the start. Turns out I got a great deal on the truck I now love. I would and will send anyone I know will be looking for a vehicle to Hadi, I brag to everyone the great deal I got and what he did to get the deal done. Hadi knows what he is talking about with the products. I was very happy to shake Hadi's hand to seal the deal. I am also looking forward to having a picture of my truck along with my trailer and Hadi in the next few weeks so he can proudly show another great deal he pulled off.
